- Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a free website preview, book a call, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, business name, business type, and anything you write in a message or notes field.
- Booking information. When you schedule a call through our booking calendar, we collect the appointment details you choose along with your contact information.
- Usage information. Our pages may use cookies and advertising pixels (such as the Meta pixel) that collect standard analytics data like pages visited, device type, and approximate location. This helps us understand what works and show relevant ads.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, build and show you a website preview you requested, and schedule and hold calls you book.
- To send you messages you have opted into, by text or email, about your inquiry or our services.
- To operate, improve, and advertise our services.
Text messaging (SMS)
- By opting in through one of our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Marquee about your inquiry, your website preview, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent data is never sold or shared with anyone else for their marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our operations (such as our CRM, scheduling, hosting, and payment platforms), and only so they can provide those services to us, or when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
- We keep contact and booking records for as long as they are useful for serving you and meeting legal obligations, then delete them.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email or call us using the contact below and we will take care of it.
- You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
