Who we are

Marquee builds and runs conversion-focused websites for local service businesses under the Always Booked service. These terms cover your use of our web pages, forms, and booking tools.

Free previews and calls

Website previews and discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. A preview stays our property until you purchase; if you choose not to buy, nothing is owed and nothing goes live.

Purchases

If you purchase the Always Booked service, the specific price, guarantee, and cancellation terms are stated plainly at the time of purchase and in your payment confirmation. In short: a one-time setup fee covered by a delivery guarantee, plus a monthly plan you can cancel anytime with a message. If you cancel, you keep your content: your copy, your photos, and your business information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our pages, forms, or booking tools, including submitting false information or booking appointments you do not intend to keep.

No warranties on the free stuff

Free pages and previews are provided as is. We work hard to keep everything accurate and online, but we make no warranty for free services.
